Hmmm, socks

I finished the first of the Claudia Handpaint socks last night. This is just a basic, toe-up, PGR short row heel sock. I'll post pictures later. I did immediately cast on sock number 2 while watching the State of the Union address and the Democratic reply.

Unfortunately, we didn't switch channels as soon as we should have, and we missed much of the discussion on PBS. However, we were watching Fox, and did any of you see Shepherd Smith's make-up? He looked just awful. Why didn't anyone tell him he looked like the pancake was way too thick, and just who touched up his eyebrows? I think he's almost ready for Kabuki.

Gotta run. I'm actually planning to start going to yoga again regularly. Must eat breakfast in plenty of time before I go.
